Hi, I’m Tina.

I’m a certified Somatic and Trauma-Informed Coach, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Specialist, Hypnotherapist, NLP Life Coach, EMDR Practitioner, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher (Levels 1 and 2), with additional certification in the 21 Stages of Meditation.

I offer a holistic, integrative approach to healing, combining these qualifications with a range of complementary therapeutic modalities to create personalised sessions that support nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, emotional wellbeing, and lasting personal transformation.

I work with women and young adults who feel stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or trapped in repeating the same patterns. Many of my clients find themselves ignoring red flags, people-pleasing, or living in survival mode. On the outside, they may appear to be coping, but underneath they’re second-guessing themselves, feeling disconnected from who they are, and longing to feel calm, confident,& able to trust themselves again.

This work is deeply personal to me.

Having worked within addiction services, rehabilitation centres,& mental health organisations, I experienced burnout firsthand. Despite doing everything I believed I was “supposed” to do, nothing truly changed until I understood how the nervous system stores and responds to trauma.

That realisation transformed my own life and became the foundation of the work I do today.

I came to understand that trauma doesn’t live in the mind alone,it lives in the body. We can’t always think our way out of how we feel. True healing begins when we learn to work with the nervous system rather than against it.

Today, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, understand their nervous system, recognise unhealthy patterns and red flags, rebuild self-trust, and create a life that feels safe, calm, and authentic. My goal is to help every client become the healthiest, most confident version of themselves not by changing who they are, but by uncovering who they’ve always been beneath survival mode.
