I became a Trauma-Informed Nervous System Coach because of my own personal life experience.
I have lived close to eating disorders, divorce, personal mental health challenges, and the particular self-erosion, low self-confidence and constant self-doubt that come with narcissistic relationships.
I know what it is to keep going and to slowly lose yourself in the process.
I also know the moment something shifts: when the weight of life circumstances makes staying the same no longer possible.
A pivotal moment came when I realised my own unresolved trauma was getting in the way of my daughter’s recovery from an eating disorder. The need for control, the holding everything together, strategies that once protected me, had quietly become the walls I could not see past.
This is what I now see in almost every person I work with.
I have spent seven years observing human behaviour, adaptation, and survival beneath the surface. I am trained to create spaces where people feel safe to open up and speak with ease.
I work gently to identify the core patterns underneath the real issues: the unspoken words, the patterns the body holds, the intelligent ways a nervous system learns to adapt when it has not felt safe to be fully itself.
When people begin working with me, they often say I name things they have carried privately for years.
I joined The Mental Wellbeing Company Directory because I believe this quality of support should be available to more women, at a moment in their lives when money is often the last thing they have.
Words form past clients:
“1 session out of 5 and this is already the most impactful, genuinely healing therapy I have ever had (and I’ve done all of them).”
“I am feeling so relaxed. Free even. Like my body is loose, like I’m not holding on to anything, especially in my head.”
