I mainly work with daughters of emotionally unavailable mothers. Many of my clients are women who feel a special kind of emptiness in their heart because they weren’t loved the way they needed to be. In search of that love, they grew up learning to read every room, manage every mood and earn every crumb of warmth. Yet they may not even understand their own feelings or are unable to feel any. And they are still doing it now, decades later, in their relationships, their families and their own homes.

If you brace before family gatherings, feel hollowed out after time with your mother, or carry a quiet sense that something is missing despite a life that looks fine from the outside, this work is for you.

This work is very personal to me and I have lived that experience from early age and for decades in my adulthood until my own healing has made it possible to feel true joy in the every day and realised one day that the emptiness was gone and instead, I felt connected to people close to me, to the things I loved and to myself.

As such, I draw on personal experience combined with extensive training in various modalities that can bring the same results to you. My approach is somatic, nervous system-led and trauma-informed. Using a combination of EFT, hypnotherapy and parts work, I work with the body rather than just the mind because trauma doesn’t live in our thoughts. It lives in our cells, our breath, our automatic responses. Talking about things only goes so far.

I also bring a second level of healing: helping you understand the intergenerational thread behind your wound. The purpose is not to excuse what happened, but to free you from carrying it as the whole story of who you are.
