Julia Neesam is a somatic coach and trauma-informed practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and parents create lasting change by reconnecting with their bodies and emotions. Drawing on her extensive background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and somatic approaches, Julia supports clients in moving beyond insight alone to experience deep, embodied transformation.

With years of experience working one-to-one with adults facing anxiety, overwhelm, stress, long-term health conditions, and life transitions, Julia combines evidence-based psychological approaches with body-based practices that address the impact of stress and trauma on the nervous system. Her work helps clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others.

Known for her warm, compassionate, and practical approach, Julia creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore patterns, build self-trust, and cultivate meaningful, sustainable change. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen not only through understanding our experiences but through learning to listen to and work with the body.
