Suzanne Wells is a Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, Mental Wellbeing Practitioner and Alcohol-Free Performance Coach who helps people create lasting change by working with the nervous system—not against it.

Rather than focusing solely on behaviour, Suzanne helps clients understand why protective patterns such as alcohol use, people pleasing, perfectionism, overworking, emotional eating or self-sabotage developed in the first place. By building nervous system regulation, increasing emotional capacity and strengthening self-worth and core beliefs, she supports people to move away from coping mechanisms that no longer serve them and towards lives built on confidence, resilience and genuine fulfilment.

Suzanne specialises in alcohol-free living, helping individuals reframe their relationship with alcohol from one of deprivation to one of freedom. Her approach combines somatic awareness, trauma-informed coaching, positive psychology and practical strategies that empower clients to feel calmer, think more clearly and reconnect with the person they truly are.

Alongside her private coaching practice, Suzanne works with organisations to create psychologically safer, trauma-informed workplaces where people can thrive. She is a proud member of the LSEG WIN (London Stock Exchange Group Women’s Inspired Network) and serves as a Faculty Member for the Leadership School for Women, supporting the development of emotionally intelligent, resilient and authentic leaders.

Suzanne’s mission is simple: to help people understand that many of the behaviours they judge themselves for were once intelligent survival strategies. When we create safety within the nervous system and build a strong foundation of self-worth, sustainable growth becomes possible.

Whether working with individuals, teams or leaders, Suzanne creates compassionate, evidence-informed spaces where people can regulate, grow, and step confidently into lasting personal and professional transformation.
